Founded in June 2022 by Gavin (pictured above) & Karl, the shop was born from a love of real flavour. They still taste every batch and live for that perfect cut.

When you walk in, our crew greets you by name and points you straight to the best cut. They know every product inside out.

Each morning Karl (pictured above) hand picks and preps our signature 100% Scotch dry-aged roasts. He treat every steak like it’s his own dinner.

Our apprentices learn side by side with our masters like Ryan (pictured above). They pick up knife skills, curing tricks, and plating flair.

We’ve racked up local awards, but the real win is earning your trust at the counter every day.
