Description:
An elegant cut from the head of the fillet, tied with fresh rosemary. Ideal for romantic dinners or luxury roast.

Portion Size: 480-500g. Feeds 2.

Cooking Instructions: Sear all round in a hot pan for roughly 5 mins. Finish in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 25mins. Rest for 10 mins before slicing. This is the desired cooking instructions for medium-rare.
